Meet the Barbers! Well…actually you’ve already met them. Their Fall Engagement session last year was a blog beauty. Their gorgeous Summer Southern Vintage Theme Wedding was held at the stunning Magnolia Manor in the beautiful hills of Southeastern Tennessee.
Threat of storms and several pop up showers didn’t deter the fun of this precious couple. From the cotton blossom, wheat and burlap flower bouts, to the succulents and vintage decor splendidly blanketed throughout the venue, right down to the large wooden rope tree swing, and white arched bridge crossing the creek in front of the home, this elegant down home Burlap and BBQ wedding was definitely one for the books!
I love everything about weddings, especially southern ones, but throw in a large Bridal party that likes to have fun, and I’m in my own personal brand of Heaven. Featuring then would be Big Brother Season 15 star Judd Daugherty as a groomsman, and a great one at that, as only a couple of weeks after their wedding Judd was whisked off from our sleepy little area to rock the BB15 House! This wedding was definitely an all time favorite, filled with lots of favorite maids and men.
Stephanie and Scott were so happy the entire day. Nothing seemed to phase their joy…nor the guests. Rain held off the ceremony only briefly, and then later downpours during the reception drove everyone under the awning where the good times only continued as their friends and family weren’t letting a little rain dampen their fun.
The couple made a dart through the rain and sparklers all smiles, and they were off. So, here’s to the Barbers, and the many beautiful years of laughter and smiles I know are to come! Thank you for allowing me the privilege of documenting your love!
