A JCrew Elopement Wedding Dress, beautiful Fall flowers, GORGEOUS Mountains, the Chattanooga Valley, and the perfect man God made just for you…what else does a gal need? Stunning Photographs OF COURSE!
She messaged me just a couple of weeks before the big day. They knew, they were ready, and was sworn to secrecy! They wanted to surprise their kiddos, and I think they succeeded.
I picked up her flowers from the local Sweetwater Flower Shop, and added a few of her grandmother’s Wisteria Vine Leaves and Nandina Berries to further personalize her bouquet with a little “something old”. Then I was privileged to do my sweet friend’s makeup, and place little flowers in her naturally curly hair before we were off to the always stunning Tsali Notch Vineyard.
Chris was waiting, and not long after she changed into that simple elegant ivory Tweed dress the FUN began.
Their Pastor officiated the short and sweet ceremony toward the back of the Vineyard in between the grove of trees, and I got to place them perfectly to avoid that harsh mid day full-sun *Hallelujah!*
Afterward we all went in to sign the certificate (Ya’ll I got to be the WITNESS AND the Photographer! I may have been juuuust a little giddy 😉 ), and after a few more portraits around the vineyard we headed toward Chattanooga to end the day exploring Rock City Gardens!
THAT was the icing on the cake to a simply perfect day! If you’ve never been you MUST go! The swinging bridge isn’t *that* scary (IF you don’t really focus on it HA!), but “Lover’s Leap” with the waterfall behind it was the real prize spot for topping off the day as the sun sank low!
Jenny + Chris THANK YOU for entrusting me with the FUNtastic secret, and letting me capture this new start to your new Happily Ever After!
